Why Small Yoga Classes?

Small, intimate yoga classes offer a unique and personalized experience that larger classes often can't match. With a smaller group size, I'm able to provide individualized attention, adjustments, and guidance tailored to each student's needs and abilities. This fosters a deeper connection between teacher and student, allowing for more focused instruction and a greater opportunity for growth and progress in your practice.

In contrast to larger classes, where it can be easy to feel lost in the crowd, small classes offer a sense of community and support. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with fellow practitioners, creating a supportive environment where you can learn and grow together.

While small classes provide a nurturing and personalized experience, they can also complement larger classes in your yoga journey. Attending both small and large classes offers a balanced approach to your practice. Small classes allow for detailed instruction and refinement of poses, while larger classes provide a dynamic energy and the opportunity to challenge yourself in a group setting.

Ultimately, whether you're seeking individualized attention or a sense of community, small yoga classes offer a unique and rewarding experience that can enhance your overall yoga journey.

Why Smaller Classes are great during Pregnancy

Pregnancy yoga, in particular, thrives in an intimate setting. With a small group size, expecting mothers can receive personalized attention, modifications, and support tailored to their unique needs and stages of pregnancy. This intimate environment fosters a sense of safety and comfort, allowing mothers-to-be to fully embrace the transformative journey of pregnancy and prepare both physically and mentally for childbirth. Additionally, the close-knit community formed within these classes provides a supportive space where expecting mothers can share experiences, concerns, and joys, creating bonds that extend beyond the yoga mat and into their journey of motherhood.

Why I enjoy smaller classes

Having taught yoga across three different countries and in varied settings, from festivals with over 50 participants to intimate one-on-one sessions, I've come to appreciate the unique benefits of smaller classes. While larger classes certainly have their merits, I find that smaller settings allow me to truly connect with my students on a deeper level. I value the opportunity to create a sense of community, foster cosiness, and establish genuine connections with each individual practitioner. In smaller classes, I can provide personalized attention, guidance, and support, allowing for a more enriching and fulfilling yoga experience for everyone involved. It's in these intimate settings that I believe true transformation and growth can occur, both on and off the mat.
