Dear Beautiful Mothers,
Join my Full Moon Mothers Circle, a sacred gathering where we come together to honour the lunar cycle, connect with our intuition, and support each other on our motherhood journey.

Tea and snacks (you are welcome to bring snacks) for a cosy and nurturing atmosphere.

Maximum of 5 women every month on a Friday evening, from 7 to 9 pm.

Suitable for pregnant mamas-to-be, mothers of young children, and those whose nests have emptied (but heart always full).
What to Expect

Opening Ceremony: Begin with a grounding meditation to connect with the energy of the full moon and set intentions for the evening.

Discussion and Open Forum: Facilitate discussions on conscious parenting, breaking generational cycles, and letting go of what no longer serves us. Create a safe space for sharing experiences and insights.

Manifestation Ritual: Harness the power of the full moon to release limiting beliefs and manifest your dreams. Engage in a guided ritual where we write down what we want to release on paper, then burn it as a symbolic gesture of letting go. Followed by journal prompts for reflection and setting intentions for the upcoming cycle.

Card Readings: Oracle card readings for guidance and inspiration. Mothers can draw a card and reflect on its message in relation to their journey.

Closing Circle: Conclude with a gratitude circle, expressing appreciation for the support and connection within the group. Share any insights or intentions for the month ahead.
